It provides immediate and reliable repair-work against undesired water leakage. MC-Fix ST is free from chlorides and other harmful substances, and can be universally used to stop leaking and running water in concrete as well as brickwork. MC-Fix ST does not only stop water leakage instantly, but also develops the normal 28 days strength of concrete within hours. MC-Fix ST can also be used as an anchoring aid for bolts, mechanical posts, poles etc. in concrete and masonry, or wherever rapid hardening and quick strength are required. MC-Fix ST has varied usage for almost all civil engineering structures, both old and new. Instructions for use Examine the area where water is leaking or gushing in and identify the cause. Where water is leaking chip the surface to form a Vshape dovetail. Cut at the point of leakage and remove all dirt, loose particles, debris and contaminants adjacent to it. From here on gloves should be worn at all times until completion of the work. Mix MC-Fix ST with water in the ratio of about 3 : 1 (MC-Fix ST powder : Water) and knead rapidly to a pasty consistency. Mix only small quantities which can be applied instantly. Take the paste in the hand (the wearing of thick hand gloves is absolutely mandatory due to the heat development) and quickly form into a shape of a ball, plug the cut dovetail and press firmly with the aid of a trowel or similar tool, and keep pressing firml
